Who decides

TellMe AI Limited is the controller for this website. We are a Northern Ireland company, number NI710572, at 92 Castle Street, Office 1601, Belfast BT1 1HE. Write to support@hidot.ai about anything here.

The short version

Necessary cookies remember whether you accepted or refused the optional ones, and keep you signed in once you have an account. Those are the only cookies we set ourselves, and none of them needs your permission, because the site cannot do what you asked without them. Analytics and marketing cookies come from Google, and only after you accept them. You can refuse, and you can change your mind later from Cookie settings in the footer.

If we have not switched Analytics or Ads on, you will not see a banner, because there is nothing optional to ask about.

Legal basis: each of these is strictly necessary to do something you asked for, which is why none of them is behind the banner. Nothing here is used to recognise you across visits for any other reason, and nothing here goes to anybody else.

Analytics

Legal basis: consent. Off until you accept. Google LLC runs Google Analytics 4 and, if we have configured it, Google Tag Manager. These cookies help us see which pages are read. They are not used to identify you in the product, and they are not joined to a meeting transcript.

Google processes this in the United States. Google says it uses Standard Contractual Clauses for that transfer. We only send the data if you have accepted.

How to change your mind

Cookie settings in the footer opens the same choices again. Rejecting optional cookies stops us loading Google on the next page. You can also delete cookies for this site in your browser, which we treat as no choice, and we will ask again.

Search Console verification is a line of HTML so Google can prove the site is ours. It is not a cookie and it does not track you.
